Every design has a unique model number. Simply click on the "#" button at the bottom of the design page and enter the model number to see it in 3D and order it.
Our 3D artists have studied the materials carefully under real life conditions to ensure the best possible simulation. While marbled or speckled materials will be unique from piece to piece, we've taken every step to match colours where possible.
Upon checkout, you'll see a dispatch time stated for your order. We'll slot your order into the soonest production batch.
Once an order is placed, it goes straight to our production team who will custom make your creations. As every item is made to order, no cancellation is available.
At the moment, we only accept payment via PayPal, debit or credit card via our secure checkout process. We do not accept payment via cash, bank transfer or cheque.
Our packaging is as important as our products, and we work hard to bring you packaging that is both beautiful and practical for personal use or gifting.
Each pair of cufflinks comes individually packaged in a sturdy paper box bearing our brand name. For a classier look, you can upgrade it to our premium oak wood slider box with a plush cushion insert at checkout for an additional fee. Either way, you have the option to pick out your own desired colour of box to suit your bespoke cufflinks.
You may also request a blank card (it's free!) at checkout or have us print your personal gift message (for an additional $2.00). For a fuss free gift, add a lovely ribbon (for an additional $1.00) at checkout, and we'll use it to tie your box!

You are not allowed to use our images to resell products, nor for any commercial use without our prior written permission. Please do not steal our images and pose them as your own. Legal action will be taken against parties that carry out such acts.
Your order will be dispatched according to the dispatch time stated on your order.
All orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail - we recommend shipping to a secure, attended location as a signature is required upon delivery.
Tracking is available on all orders, and tracking information will be provided via email upon dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available for a Singapore address, and up to 5 business days for an international address.

For international orders, all taxes, duties, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s import policies and requirements.
In the event where the postman can't reach you and the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to make arrangements for either a pick up (available only in Singapore) or redelivery (shipping and handling fees may apply) once we receive the undelivered parcel.
As every item is made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds in the event that you change your mind.
If you have any issues pertaining to one or more items in your order, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving your order. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that we agree to replace or refund one or more items in your order, you will need to send these items back to us within 10 business days of our written approval of a replacement or refund. Returned items must be with their original packaging in unused condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your order replacement or refund within 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse your request if the returned items are not in their original packaging, used, not in original condition as described, or if you fail to return the items back to us within the stipulated time frame. Please retain your mailing receipt to prove your shipment date.
Shipping fees for returns will be borne by you, unless otherwise stated. You are advised to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be liable for returns lost in transit.
We will not entertain exchange or refund requests for purchases made through a third party.
As the resin components are handmade, return, exchange or refund will not be offered for slight variations, including but not limited to variations in the amount, intensity, position and pattern of (but not limited to) multi-colours, textures and swirls.
Colours, textures and patterns shown on the Site are presented for representative purposes only and any variation in colour, texture and pattern does not constitute grounds for a return, exchange or refund. Colour representation may vary considerably depending on device and screen hardware and/or configuration.
